Kevin Greene is set to be executed tonight for a crime in which he killed a store clerk, Patricia Vaughan, while robbing it. It is always a difficult and terrible thing for both sides when a crime is commited with capitol punishment. I am not one to discuss either side of this, but only to pray for people involved in all aspects of this. I can’t imagine the hurt that has transpired from all of this. First, to Patricia Vaughan’s family, and now to Kevin Green’s family.
Join me in prayer for this right situation now.
Dear Jesus, I pray that you would come down and touch this situation. Help the families involved with the terrible pain, hurt, and anguish that has resulted from this. I ask for your hand to be present in the families as they are upset and devastated. Comfort them. In your holy and gracious name I pray, Jesus, Amen.
I am praying for both families in this terrible event. I am a member of the Kevin Green family and I only pray that he asked God to forgive him.
